Returns & Exchanges

Happy customers are a priority for us here at Back Roads Western Chic, so if you have accidentally ordered the wrong size or have simply changed your mind we are more than happy for you to return or exchange your items (30 days from date of purchase). Any approved returns will be issued with a  store credit of the same value (excluding shipping costs) that will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Returns Process -

  1. Send us an email - include your order#, order date, name & phone number
  2. Wait for a response with instructions on returning your item (please allow 3-5 days)
  3. Return postage is covered by the customer, we recommend using registered post to ensure goods are tracked as we take no responsibility for lost items. 

** All items must be still in new condition, unworn, in original packaging with tags attached. 

  *** Manufacturing faults or defects - Please email us ASAP with the fault / defect details, order#, order date, name & phone number (depending on the item, options to repair, replace or refund subject to Australian Consumer Law)  Purchases for on sale items will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Due to the nature of some of our Leather, hide goods & specialty lines we may not always be able to replace with exact item but will work with you to ensure you receive a replacement that you love just as much!



Purchases on SALE items are final & there is no exchange or return unless there is manufacturing fault that does not allow you to use the product for its intended purpose.
